GroWeather24 Bundle
6825AU Wireless Vantage Pro 2 GroWeather ISS FARS together with a WeatherLink Console.
The Davis Vantage Pro2 GroWeather weather station is a research-grade weather station that provides professional-grade data for weather enthusiasts, researchers, growers, and weather professionals. It reports real-time wind speeds up to 200 mph, temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, rainfall and other information such as heat index, dew point, highs and lows, and much more. The sensor suite has a detachable anemometer for flexible siting. The 6825AU includes a Solar Radiation Sensor (#6450) and a 24 hour fan-aspirated radiation shield. Users can retrospectively add a UV Sensor (#6490). Vantage Pro2 sensors are NIST-traceable and are suitable for professional weather data reporting.
The WeatherLink Console places all the data from your Vantage Pro2 or Vantage Vue sensor suite right at your fingertips. One device gives you instantaneous access to the information you need and the ability to do deep analysis, all from a single, convenient display with an intuitive and easy-to-understand touchscreen. From viewing current and historical data, creating graphs and setting alarms, calculating indexes and reviewing forecasts, the WeatherLink Console helps you keep track of conditions so you can make better decisions about your recreation, garden, home maintenance, and more.
The WeatherLink Console is basically a WeatherLink Live with a colour touchscreen. You can use it just as a screen, or sign up for a free WeatherLink account and view the live data on the website and mobile app. And you can upgrade to a Pro subscription for historical data. It can receive from up to 8 transmitters, and needs power – the battery will last less than a day. Also, be aware the transmission range is more limited than the old consoles at only 30 to 50m. USB plug pack and backup batteries not included.
To access historical data, a WeatherLink Pro Subscription can be purchased through the WeatherLink platform. For more information visit https://www.davisinstruments.com/weatherlink-cloud/
Add a Mounting Tripod (#7716) for your Davis Weather Station to make installation even easier.
